The Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA), established in 1940, is Slovakia’s oldest and most prominent institution for economics and business education.

Team members

Ildikó Némethová specialises in cross-cultural leadership, negotiation strategies, and research methodology, with a strong emphasis on methodological design and analytical approaches. She has participated in Erasmus+ projects such as PROMINENCE and CORALL.

In her teaching, she focuses on research methodology and cross-cultural leadership development.

He has extensive experience with innovative survey tools and in making survey methodology more engaging and accessible for learners and researchers.
