The project is structured into five Work Packages (WPs), with tasks allocated based on each partner’s expertise:

| WP3 | Platform Development, Programming and Testing | Howest, de Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen | Responsible for the technical programming of the online platform, implementing the game structure, AI functionalities, and gamification features. Includes two Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities (LLTAs) for intermediate and final testing. |
| WP4 | Game Resources | CEU Valencia | Develops the essential educational content, including 8 real-world case studies on European priorities, a set of academic slides (12 chapters), and comprehensive Player and Instructor Manuals. |
| WP5 | Impact & Dissemination | Technische Hochschule Aschaffenburg | Focuses on maximizing the project’s visibility and outreach, including developing and maintaining the SHERLOCK website, creating promotional content, managing social media, and ensuring long-term sustainability. |
