IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, a university business school, is one of the 38 IAEs in the IAE France network and one of the 7 components of Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
It offers Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD programs programs on the Annecy and Chambéry university campuses in a variety of management fields, including marketing/communication, banking/finance, purchasing, international trade, industrial performance and information systems.
The IAE has also developed particular expertise in training for the tourism and hospitality industries.
Team members
Pr. Stéphane Ganassali is a Full Professor of Business Sciences. He belongs to the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences (IAE) and to the IREGE research department.
He has been the founder of the European Master in Business Studies – a joint program developed by four European Universities. His main teaching and research fields are survey methodology and consumer behavior. He has written books, chapters and many academic articles on those topics.
He has participated in a significant number of European educational or scientific projects, as a WP leader for PrimeFish (Horizon 2020) or BrandY (Strategic Partnership).
Specialising in instructional design, Valérie Sallaz began her career by developing a literacy learning software for illiterate adults, followed by a self-training program for office automation for university teachers.
She joined Daesign (a video game studio and then a serious games publisher) in 1995 as a Project Manager, and later took on roles as director, designer, and Editorial Director, overseeing the development of the catalog.
Since 2014, she has continued her work in instructional design, while also teaching at the University of Savoie Mont-Blanc, where she is an Associate Professor, and managing Higher Education Programs at CITIA, the organising structure of the International Animation Film Festival. Pedagogy and user-centered design are the two main threads of her career.
